Who is responsible

Enerplain is a project by SHEV Software. The operator is SHEV Oleksii Shevchenko, a sole proprietorship in Poland, NIP 6030076577, registered address ul. Wysoka 7 lok. 13, 06-500 Mława, Poland.

When you read this site

The site provides static information and synthetic examples. Enerplain does not add advertising scripts, visitor analytics trackers, newsletter forms or customer-upload forms. Fonts are served with the website rather than requested from a remote font service. The colour-theme switch in the header keeps your choice (dark or light) in your browser's local storage on your device only; nothing is sent to Enerplain or anyone else, and clearing site data removes it.

This public website is delivered through Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes technical requests to deliver and protect the site; this can include IP addresses, requested URLs, request times and browser information. Enerplain does not enable visitor analytics or advertising on this site. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for information about its processing.

When you send an enquiry

An email link opens your own mail application. Nothing is submitted merely by clicking the link. If you choose to send a message, the operator receives the information you include, normally your email address, name if supplied, message and attachments.

Enquiries are handled to respond to your request and, where applicable, take steps you request before a contract, under GDPR Article 6(1)(b). Ordinary business correspondence and abuse prevention may rely on legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f). Information required to comply with a legal obligation is handled under Article 6(1)(c). No newsletter or marketing subscription is created by an enquiry.

Please do not send credentials, customer identifiers, addresses, consumption profiles or raw telemetry. Start with a fictional or manually recreated example. Any permitted data sharing for later work must be agreed separately.

Recipients and retention

Cloudflare provides public website hosting, and Google Workspace provides the operator’s business email. These providers may process information outside the European Economic Area. Their applicable data-processing terms describe safeguards for covered international transfers, including standard contractual clauses where applicable: Cloudflare’s data-processing terms and Google’s data-processing terms. You can contact the operator for information about arrangements relevant to your enquiry. Information is not sold. A specific engagement may require other recipients or legal retention, which would be explained in its own terms.

For an enquiry that does not lead to an engagement, the operator keeps the correspondence for no longer than 12 months after the last substantive exchange, then deletes or anonymises it, unless a dispute or legal obligation requires longer retention. Retention is reviewed manually. Provider security logs, backups and account data can have separate retention periods under their terms.

Your rights

Depending on the legal basis and circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact the operator at the privacy address above. You may also complain to the Polish supervisory authority, UODO, or the relevant authority where you live or work.

Providing information for an enquiry is voluntary, but a reply needs a contact address. The website does not make automated decisions about you that have legal or similarly significant effects.
