## Current scope

Portfolio Blind-Spot Snapshot: up to 10 commercial rooftop sites, two monitoring portals, one 30-day window chosen by the client, for example the month before a portfolio handover. Input: a site list with device identifiers and expected reporting cadence plus a temporary read-only viewer role or the client's own CSV/XLSX exports. Output: a written exception list per site (reporting, stale, silent, missing from the portal), first and last record in the window, the gap age at the review cutoff (how long each gap had been open when the window closed, which is not a measurement of when anyone noticed it), evidence and explicit limits. Price £450 fixed for UK customers, founding cohort of five; ten working days start once complete inputs and a reserved slot are agreed, after a sample export has been checked for suitability. Intended buyer: an O&M operations lead or installer responsible for 20–200 commercial rooftops, typically when accepting a portfolio from another contractor. Delivered remotely from Poland, in writing.

Not included: site visits, equipment or electrical diagnosis, yield or performance guarantees, continuous monitoring, alerts or control of any system. No live connector, monitoring platform or hardware control is offered. There is no universal portal compatibility and no verified support for any specific OEM; a Snapshot reads historical exports and does not verify a portal migration, an API change or future continuity. Wind and storage are possible future interests. No customer outcomes are claimed.
